Offerings 

Individual 

StudIndividual sessions are tailored to your specific health and wellness goals. Prior to working together we can meet virtually or in person for a short consultation to discuss your specific needs and goals. Sessions can be booked individually or you can choose a package that best suits you. 

Individual Rates 
60 Minute session may include 
  • One private session: $75 
  • 6 Session Package: $400 

Props provided: Blanket, Strap, Blocks, Bolster 

Group

Embarking on any new journey is always more fun with friends! Get your crew ready for a special day or ongoing sessions. Group sessions are available individually or as a package. Looking to book a session for a celebration or special day?  Check out special event packages here! 

Group rates
Group rates start at the base price for 2 students, $20 for each additional student 
  • Single Session - $100 
  • 6 Session Package - $510

Custom Programs 

Custom programs are offered in a package in order to create a container for the students experience while exploring yoga and other tools and strategies to meet a specific goal. Programs can be created for one person or a small group. 

Prior to starting a program we will connect in person or virtually to establish your goals and needs and together we will decide up on the frequency (each week) and duration of your course and a quote will be provided at that time.

Yoga 101 

For those who are just dipping their toes into the yoga pond. Together we will explore foundational poses found in most classes in addition to how to cultivate a deeper and more intimate connection to the philosophy and practice of yoga.

5k/Marathon Training 

For runners or athletes who would like to implement more flexibility and mobility training into their routine. We will focus on target areas most used in your sport, meditative practices to build mental focus,  as well as breath work to improve lung capacity and breath control. Proper stretching and strengthening can help to prevent injury and improve overall athletic performance.

For those seeking tools to cultivate a more loving and harmonious relationship with their body. Through asana, journaling, meditation, affirmations, and coaching we will work together to tap into your strength and unique essence that is your highest and most confident self.

Blissful Momma 

A prenatal program to support you on your journey through pregnancy. Together we can explore specific practices that can help to ease pregnancy and assist in preparing for child birth. We we review appropriate modifications for all stages of pregnancy as well as helpful breath-work techniques, and meditation tools to help facilitate a state of ease and calm.

Just Chill 

For those seeking a more inward practice for restoration and inner peace. Also a great program for those who may be recovering from injury. This program will focus on restorative poses using support of yoga props (blankets, bolsters, blocks etc.) The energy will be soothing and calm throughout and will help to build skill in stillness and quieting the mind.

Props will be provided for individual sessions (one student)

Injury/Surgery  Recovery

For those in recovery from injury and/or surgery (will clearance from medical professional) who are ready to get back to a physical exercise practice.  We will focus on building strength around the affected area to build support and will gently explore range of motion and mobility at a pace that can  gradually increase over time as strength and flexibility is sustained.

Yoga for ADHD

*Please note that this program does not replace or stand in for care received by a medical or mental health professional. 
Primarily for folks with a medical diagnosis who experience symptoms of ADHD or those who may be self diagnosed and on the path to medical diagnosis. This program will focus equally on three aspects of yogic practice - movement, breath-work, and meditation/mindfulness. These practices may help to decrease severity of symptoms related to ADHD and aid in stress reduction, emotional regulation, cultivating self acceptance and compassion and greater focus and clarity. Together we will explore challenges specific to the student's experience and brainstorm ideas together on how to incorporate yoga and mindfulness throughout the week - this may include journaling, mindfulness exercises, additional recommended areas of study, etc.

During this program, students will feel supported and have a weekly action plan to utilize and count on for structure and stability while exploring these healing practices.  

This program is recommended at a cadence of twice weekly for at least 6 weeks. 

Currently this program is for Adults with ADHD, stay tuned for future offerings for teens by signing up for our email list.
