Yoga 101For those who are just dipping their toes into the yoga pond. Together we will explore foundational poses found in most classes in addition to how to cultivate a deeper and more intimate connection to the philosophy and practice of yoga.

5k/Marathon TrainingFor runners or athletes who would like to implement more flexibility and mobility training into their routine. We will focus on target areas most used in your sport, meditative practices to build mental focus, as well as breath work to improve lung capacity and breath control. Proper stretching and strengthening can help to prevent injury and improve overall athletic performance.

Strong, Beautiful YouFor those seeking tools to cultivate a more loving and harmonious relationship with their body. Through asana, journaling, meditation, affirmations, and coaching we will work together to tap into your strength and unique essence that is your highest and most confident self.

Blissful MommaA prenatal program to support you on your journey through pregnancy. Together we can explore specific practices that can help to ease pregnancy and assist in preparing for child birth. We we review appropriate modifications for all stages of pregnancy as well as helpful breath-work techniques, and meditation tools to help facilitate a state of ease and calm.

Just ChillFor those seeking a more inward practice for restoration and inner peace. Also a great program for those who may be recovering from injury. This program will focus on restorative poses using support of yoga props (blankets, bolsters, blocks etc.) The energy will be soothing and calm throughout and will help to build skill in stillness and quieting the mind.

Injury/Surgery RecoveryFor those in recovery from injury and/or surgery (will clearance from medical professional) who are ready to get back to a physical exercise practice. We will focus on building strength around the affected area to build support and will gently explore range of motion and mobility at a pace that can gradually increase over time as strength and flexibility is sustained.
